When he inspected our house he usually had a list of 3- 4 items, all of which were minor and most you already were in the process of correcting. Bravo!

It's bee almost two years since we took possession of our home, and we still love it as much as the day we moved in. What attracted us to the home in the fist place were the many architectural items that you incorporated into your well laid out base home. The coffered ceilings, pot shelves, niches, arches, keystones, and wall details are what made the home stand out. We found the price to be a good value when compared to other builders in the area. The construction was solid and better than many other builders we checked out.

As far as the construction process goes, well, nothing is perfect. Problems arose during construction, but you addressed them whenever we had a problem. Your right hand, Sue, was a joy to work with. She was always ready to make changes or additions to the home. I found her to be well organized and delightful. The decorators that we used were excellent.

I guess the biggest compliment a customer can give to his builder would be to have the builder build their next home. Yes, if I had to do it again, I would use Avalon and I'm sure the second time around it would be bigger and better!

Building a brand new home is supposed to be a pleasant experience but, more often than not, it is more headache than pleasure. While not our first home building experience, I must admit that this was the best experience I have had.

We have been in our new Avalon home for almost six months now, and we have loved every minute of it. Our friends and family love it too, and they are still giving us compliments to this day.

It has been a fast year and a-half since we first visited the Avalon model in Eagle Crest. We greatly appreciate the service and attention to detail that we received throughout the entire process. Everyone from Sandy to Alan to Sue, and especially Guy, were a pleasure to work with. Your team is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Your sub-contractors were very good, and nice to us every time we came in contact with them. The supposedly painful process of building a house was an enjoyable experience with Avalon. Guy and the others also responded quickly to address the few minor blips uncovered during the final walk-through, and within the first few weeks. We can't thank you enough for the finished product.

We hope to stop by one of your new models and see how things are progressing with Avalon. Dear Mr. Zuckerman:

I am writing this letter 15 months after we moved into our lovely home in Pinecrest Estates in Lutz. We are extremely happy with our Antigua model home and have received nothing but praise about the design, from floor plan to all of the amenities.

In the initial phase, Sandy, at your model center guided us through all of the steps in a warm, professional and motherly manor. You are fortunate to have her as your mom. Also the staff Don and Mary were very helpful.

I still own a home in Los Angeles and will be bi-coastal for the next four years, since I am a semi retired Professor of Graphic Design at California State University Long Beach. During the construction process I made five trips over a year to check on the construction. I was greeted by your construction supervisors, John Leon, Keith and Guy. All of them were very informative and followed through on every question or concern I had. I hired my own inspector to inspect each stage of the construction. The inspector had high praise for your firm initially and that continued throughout the process.

So why did I single out Sue Lawrence for the commendation? To me Sue was the Go-to person. Every time there was a problem, Sue solved it. When I forgot to send in my payments for upgrades, Sue contacted me. When I needed reassurance that everything would be just fine, Sue was there for me. Last week, I called about a leak in my roof. Sue gave me all of the information I needed to get it taken care of. My first experience of building a new home was greatly enhanced with Sue Lawrence on the wing in Tarpon Springs.

I highly recommend Avalon Building Corporation to anyone that respects professionalism.

It is coming up on one year since we moved into our new Avalon home in the Seven Oaks Community. I want to let you know how much my family and I are enjoying our home and the community. Avalon delivered on everything it said it would and we are very happy. Anyone that wants to build a great new home in a fun and family oriented community should definitely look at an Avalon Home.

This is the third home I have had built. I must say that nothing ever goes perfect when building a home. There are always that happen that are out of the builder’s control. These include weather, sub contractor delays, material shortages, etc. Even with these obstacles, Avalon delivered and made the process much smoother than our previous two builders. Avalon also responded quickly on the few minor service requests that I had during our warranty period. I must say that a lot of Avalon’s success, for me was due to Sue Lawrence. She is the best person a builder could ever have at doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Don’t ever let her leave!

We have had many friends and family come to visit us since my family and I moved in. They all comment on the architecture if our Avalon Antigua home. They love the open floor plan, the art nooks, the coffered ceilings and the obvious attention to detail in the design. Of course, my family and I agree with them 100%. I always have said that when you buy a house it isn’t a home. A home is what you make of it, but what a way to start!
