Avalon is extremely proud to announce the design of our newest model, the Bella Vista. We literally wrote a wish list of all the latest, most dynamic, and WOW features we could ever want in a model, and this model incorporates them all - far exceeding our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased.

Though brand new, the Bella Vista has already won Awards for Best of Show, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, and Most Innovative & Creative Design. We again, researched the latest features and details of multi-million dollar homes and incorporated them into the Bella Vista at an unbelievably affordable price.

The Bella Vista is completely unique among models, elegant and dynamic from top to bottom. First, it is hugely impressive from the curb at a unique 75 FT wide with a multi-level, multi-plane, stunning classic Mediterranean front elevation. The floor plan is completely new and flowing, designed to take advantage of the 75 FT width to create the feeling of a much bigger home. It was also designed for exceptional rear views throughout the home.

You know you are in for an experience the minute you enter the living room/dining room with 12 FT ceilings showing rounded walls everywhere, and a 12 FT triple slider with matching transom windows above. The Family Room is huge at 18 FT wide with the entire 16 FT side wall in glass sliders and 6 FT sliders in the rear, all with matching transom windows above. The inside is dynamic and the views are exceptional. The breakfast room has wall to wall sliders looking outside.

The kitchen is equally dynamic with two huge islands 6 to 7 FT long surrounded by beautifully staggered cabinets and tons of counter top space. The Kitchen not only looks on to the Family Room and great outdoor views, but it also has two arched picture windows built into the kitchen (like grandmother's house) that look on to a private courtyard for a warm, bright, open feeling. The walk-in pantry is almost the size of a separate room.

The very unique courtyard is extremely versatile serving as a Family Entry, Garden Courtyard (in a Charleston or Mediterranean Style), or a private Outdoor Play Area.

The Master Suite is an Oasis in itself to pamper and comfort the owners (that’s you), with a double coffered rotunda entry and separate dressing area. Both the dressing area and the Master Bath were designed for the option of looking out into a beautiful, private garden solarium. It has three big picture windows looking on to peace and tranquility. The Master Bedroom is oversized with its own private Lanai.

In fact there are three (3) distinctly separate Lanais each with its own use for great outdoor living and atmosphere. The Den is large with its own private alcove entry and views to the front and side. There is a private Guest room downstairs with its own slider and Lanai.

Even the staircase catches your eye with a two story ceiling and staggered windows, very conveniently located off of the Family room and Utility room. We even made the Utility room big, bright and open with large workspace areas, two big windows, and a view of the private courtyard.

The entire upstairs was designed with rear views in mind again, with a 12 FT slider off of the large Bonus room and an 8 FT slider off of the rear bedroom, both of which share a large second floor balcony, all standard.

The 3 car Garage has a front load and two side load designs. The front load has its own storage/workspace area and one of the side load options comes with a huge additional workshop area.

The whole home is a vision and feeling you must experience. It's 4100 Sq Ft of perfection. It’s an extremely versatile and dynamic home designed with lots of sizzle, functionality, and great views. Since the home is 75 FT wide, it will typically need a lot 90 FT or wider depending on setbacks, and 90 FT to 100 Ft or wider for the side load versions.
