Building on customer’s homesites has always been an important part of Avalon’s business. On Your Lot building requires specialized systems and management, and presents unique challenges since every lot is potentially different. At Avalon, we have been building on our Customer’s homesites for over fourteen years and we are set up to handle this type of construction to meet our customer’s needs.

We are glad to meet with you on location if you have any questions about building on your homesite. We will also help you confirm, if needed, that the home you are considering will fit on your homesite.
